The Abuja Plantain Festival is an outdoor food event targeted at exploring and showcasing the uniqueness and variations of plantain. The event will bring together some of the best chefs from across Nigeria selling and displaying plantain delicacies. The event is scheduled for the 1st – 3rd of October 2020.
This is the second edition of the plantain festival; the maiden edition of the Plantain Festival was a huge success as 34 vendors and over 3,000 people were in roving attendance.
The festival is now online and physical.
The online festival will have vendors from ABUJA, KANO and BENIN. All Vendors will join via zoom to display their dishes and viewers can order their plantain based dishes from the official food ordering app SAMFORTGO (go.samfortmobility.com).
Vendor registration for online is ₦5000
The Physical event will only be for one day (1st October) in Abuja.
